1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering on the Vivatera Global platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not accept all terms stated here, you must not use this platform.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register.
- You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration.
- One account per individual is permitted.
- Registration constitutes an agreement to operate as an Independent Distributor.
3. Registration Packages
Every member must activate a registration package to participate in the compensation plan. Package prices, PV values and bonus rates are as listed on the platform and may be updated by management with reasonable notice.
4. Compensation Plan
- Bonuses are earned based on personal and downline performance as described in the official Compensation Plan document.
- All bonus calculations are subject to the terms described in the plan, including eligibility requirements such as minimum monthly repurchase PV.
- Vivatera Global reserves the right to adjust the compensation plan with 30 days notice.
- Binary pairing bonuses are calculated daily. Unmatched PV is carried forward - it is never wiped.
- Rank awards are paid upon qualification and are subject to verification.
5. Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal is ₦1,000. Maximum per transaction is ₦5,000,000.
- Withdrawals are processed within 24 business hours upon admin approval.
- Members are responsible for providing accurate bank account details. Vivatera Global is not liable for failed transfers due to incorrect account information.
- Suspicious withdrawal activity may be subject to review and temporary hold.
6. Products
- All products sold on this platform are genuine Vivatera Global health and wellness products.
- Distributor prices are available to registered members only.
- Members may retail products at the stated retail price and retain the margin as personal profit.
- Products are for personal use and legitimate retail - not for stockpiling without retail intent.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Making false or misleading income claims to prospects.
- Registering fictitious or duplicate accounts.
- Manipulating PV through circular or fraudulent transactions.
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Sharing account credentials with any third party.
- Spamming or using unsolicited communication to recruit members.
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of pending bonuses, and legal action where applicable.
8. Account Suspension & Termination
Vivatera Global reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for breach of these terms, fraud, abuse, or conduct deemed detrimental to the platform or other members. Suspended members forfeit pending unpaid bonuses.
9. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described therein.
10. Limitation of Liability
Vivatera Global provides the platform and compensation plan in good faith. We do not guarantee specific income levels. Actual earnings depend entirely on each member's effort, network building, and adherence to the compensation plan requirements.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation before escalation to legal proceedings.
12. Changes to Terms
Vivatera Global may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
